Primiero, a small village in the province of Trento, has always been famous for the preparation of the butter. Centuries ago, it was considered one of the best butters in the world for quality, richness of pastures and working process. Now the tradition has been restarted and the butter is produced at the Malga Fossernica at an altitude of 1804 meters.
